Mr. Kareem Basha, Chairman of Elate International School, brings to the school a lifetime of leadership built on discipline, integrity and responsibility.
For three decades, he served with Arabian Drilling Company as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), the highest position of command on an offshore rig and one of the most respected roles in the industry. Entrusted with every operation and the safety of every person on board, he led with calm authority in one of the most demanding environments in the world, earning the deep trust of the teams he commanded.
The values that defined his career are the same values that define Elate. Mr. Basha is a man who lives by his principles, and it is these principles that guide everyone at Elate, from the leadership team to the youngest learner. His belief is simple. Excellence in education must go hand in hand with strength of character.
