Beyond immersing ourselves in complex equations and scientific theories, Elate International School has been pivotal in our growth, development both personal and academic and discovery of our interests. All of us have a unique narrative shaped by the supportive community within these walls. For this reason, we, Puneet, Vedha, Rachith, and Ujwala, would like to shed some light on distinctive aspects of Elate as we highlight the role that educators, modern infrastructure, and the nurturing atmosphere have played in helping us thrive.
Puneet Divipala - Grade 9: Where Curiosity Meets Opportunity
As a Grade 9 student at Elate international school, I appreciate that both challenges and opportunities present themselves in new dimensions. One of the things I love most about Elate is how it always motivates us to go one step further. For me, the school library serves as an absolute sanctuary. It goes beyond being just a room filled with books; rather, it is a spacious and orderly place stocked with an extensive collection of novels, classic literature, and even modern periodicals like journals, which are of great value in helping foster learning. I can easily spend hours there and much of my project ideas take shape in this space.
This zeal for research and information gathering is something that Ms Priyanka Barua has specifically encouraged me to pursue. She goes above and beyond her role as a teacher by actively supporting us in seeking answers on our own. I remember how she would lead us through the online research databases the school has subscribed to and taught us step-by-step how to effectively navigate those portals which was quite instrumental down the road; especially because these skills are rarely taught within school frameworks such as ours. It’s this combination of amazing resources like our library and digital tools alongside teachers who want nothing but the best for you that makes Elate such an incredible place to study in. Not to mention how knowing that the campus is secure with well-defined safety protocols helps eliminate stress so I can focus on my studies.”
Damera Vedha sree Sanvi – Grade 7: An Inviting Environment to Grow
Beginning my seventh grade at Elate was a rather exciting experience for me. As I entered the school, I was welcomed with bright colours that were holistic and inviting. classes at Elate taught us new age concepts that were engaging like smart boards and other interactive tools. My favourite part still is our playground where we can relax with friends and genuinely enjoy without any worries after spending hours of classes indoors.
The atmosphere is always friendly as well thanks to teachers who keep an eye throughout recess and during breaks, coupled with the beautifully landscaped grounds, gives a sense of security all students cherish while studying there. Within the boarding facilities, safety concerns are well-handled by caring custodian’s brilliant like Ms. Srivalli J who not only instantly makes children feel comfortable but also pays attention to students requiring positive motivation. I remember once I was hesitant about joining a group activity on the sports field, and she gently coaxed me, reminding me that trying new things is how we grow. Having supportive teachers and amazing spaces like our playground and modern classrooms makes Elate a place where I feel happy and secure enough to try anything.
Rachith Agasthya - Grade 7: Learning the Wow in Learning
What most appeals to me about Elate international school is how learning extends past the classroom. The science laboratories are well equipped with all the necessary apparatuses for practical lessons, which makes them exceptional. I recall one of my classes with my favourite teacher Ms. Rajni Kumari Pathi, and we had the opportunity to conduct a learning there on circuits.
The fact that I could put together a circuit and see it in action was incredible. Her ability to explain difficult ideas in simple ways combined with good lab facilities makes it easy to understand why students appreciate her lessons. Education is more than rote recall; it involves exploration and hands-on work. The school offers me these amazing common rooms along with a cafeteria, which is spacious so that we can also complete our design works assignments but at the same time relax and enjoy each other’s company.
It is always tidy, which adds to its refreshing atmosphere as a place to create new ideas. Seeing the enthusiasm from my teachers motivates me even more to know that I can come every single day delighted on how much effort my education provider continues putting in providing state-of-the-art modern equipment alongside collaborative learning frameworks.”
Kurru Ujwala Sai – Grade 8: Finding My Voice and My Canvas
Elate has really helped me with my creativity, which I did not have access to before. I previously struggled with things such as self-expression but with the self-confidence attuned by the school, working on new pieces has been delightful. The art room being fully stocked was personally one of the reasons I loved to further work on my projects broadened music and had an awesome space for showcasing talents in the auditorium itself, it would sometimes give me overbearing stage fright. I used to be quite shy about performing, but the encouraging environment here has made a huge difference. Ms. Sobha Nelapalli has been particularly supportive. This creates strong Habitats for children. This combination of creative spaces, supportive teachers, and a safe environment has really helped me find my voice and confidence at Elate.
Safety drills are conducted regularly, and the constant presence of staff provides a comforting feeling of support and supervision. A combination of this environment alongside personalized creative spaces has fostered to strengthen my voice and develop my confidence throughout my journey at Elate.
